It is gonna happen tomorrow folks, so please do come! Lets all leech & share our stuff with each other tomorrow~

As such, for those who do have share-able anime/manga, please bring as many as you can/willing to share with others so that we can each expand our never-ending collections and have something to watch during our end-year breaks~ Imagine running multiple marathons of anime or reading tons of mangas throughout our long holidays(that is if you don’t get stuck with Summer Sem).

I’m going to bring a bit more than what I’ve listed in my previous post but I’m too lazy to list them all(as I am busy with other things). However, I am still bringing the same stuff I brought for the previous leech party and some new extras(namely To Aru Majutsu no Index). Note: All my stuff are in stored in DVDs, so I recommend you to bring a laptop with an optical drive. You might also be able to leech from our librarian, Takahashi, who keeps an extensive collection of anime(stored via DVDs and HDD IIRC).

Stupid question: Anyone wants to have some English dubbed anime? I have the complete Gundam 00 Season 1 and 2 in English as well as Code Geass Season 1 and… Pokemon. X3.

5 hours of leeching and sharing this time! Yay! Oh, you want to eat lunch by noon? Nay I say, lunch is irrelevant to the feast(of anime/manga) you can get at the leech party! XP

As for reminders, please tell us what you’re going to share and want to copy via comments or contact me(rndm) via IRC(I may not reply back instantly however). I prefer you to comment here instead so that it’ll be easier for me and others to keep track.

As an example;

• Groove Adventure Rave
• The Law of Ueki
• Tsubasa Chronicles Season 1, 2 & OVA
• Turn A Gundam
• Gundam SEED

I want to copy/leech;

• Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood
• Macross Frontier
• Victory Gundam

This IS NOT my full list yet but you can expect me to share those and is requesting if you can share the ones I want to copy during the leech party. If you can make the list at a ratio of 1:1 at least, that be great. ^^;

Note: There are no guaranties for all requests to be fulfilled. Be wary of that.

For those who wants to ask questions or tell us what you want to share/leech via IRC, use Rizon as the server and #SAMS for the channel.

If you do not have IRC, try this instead. IRC set to “Rizon [webirc]“, nick to whatever you like to be called and channel – “#SAMS”. Further visual example can be seen here(old post).

Okay, now sort out your collections and figure out what you want to leech!

Alright~y minna-san! It is that time of the semester again when finals are closing in and clubs holding their final meetings for the semester. This fact stands for SAMS as well. ^^;

Well, as the person who will be responsible for the final meeting, here are some early notes~

What’s a leech party? Read about it here for the previous one. Ignore the list of stuff being brought as its old’d.

If you’re too lazy to click that one single link, here’s the rundown;

We share our anime/manga collection which we have collected over time. You share your collection with others and/or you leech/copy from others.

As such, we each can request which specific anime/manga you want to get. However, there is no 100% guaranty that it’ll be available. With that said, please list down what you will bring for the leech party and what you like to leech by telling us via IRC or commenting on this post here(I prefer you to comment here, much easier to see).

You can share/leech via;

• Pen/Flash Drive(16GB recommended minimum for leechers)
• External Hard Drive(as big as possible)
• Laptop/Notebook(clear your hard drives for more space!)
• DVDs/VCDs (No Blu-Rays, please, unless you can supply an external Blu-Ray drive…)
• Desktop (However, I don’t think you’ll be willing to lug a 10++kg computer all the way to Swinburne…)
• Magic >_>

You can also bring extension plugs(totally recommended), Ethernet cables. transfer cables, Bluetooth dongles and what not.

Well, that’s it for the early notice. I hope I’m clear enough since I’m just typing this out in the spur of the moment since I felt early notice is best for this as we still have tonight and Sunday to organize our collections. ^^

Oh, looks like I have to go through my own collection once again to see what I can bring this time… I’ll try to list down what I’ll bring soon enough~ ^^;
