It’s been 1 year since I’ve been the President for SAMS, it’s time to retire haha XD

The AGM will be on :

Date : 27th January 2010

Time : 9am-11am (shouldn’t take that long o.O)

Venue : G203

Basically the Agenda for the AGM  :

  • Announcement of Club updates
  • Club Status
  • Nomination of  SAMS President 2010
  • Voting by members
  • Election of SAMS President 2010
  • Presentation of Certs
  • Retirement of ME and the 2009 committee XD

That’s all haha.. I hope the members will be able to attend as you’re all needed to vote for the next President, as well as take part in deciding who will be the next President lol..
